SECTION 17 - GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift Cards are redeemable only for products sold at FDCFDCWF. They do not expire, cannot be exchanged for cash (except as required by law), and are non-transferable. FDCFDCWF is not liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use. Fraudulent use may result in voiding the Gift Card. Contact service@fdcfdcwf.com to check balances. Terms may change without notice.

SECTION 18 - LOYALTY POINTS AND REFER A FRIEND

Loyalty points are awarded for referring eligible customers who complete qualifying purchases. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency. Referral codes are for personal use only. Fraudulent or unauthorized use may result in forfeiture of points and suspension of accounts. Points may be revoked for canceled or returned purchases. FDCFDCWF may modify or terminate the program without notice.

SECTION 19 - SUBSCRIPTION ABUSE POLICY

Introductory subscription discounts are for one-time use per customer and household. Abuse of the subscription system (multiple accounts, repeated cancellations/resubscriptions) is prohibited. Violations may result in order cancellation, revocation of discounts, or account suspension. FDCFDCWF may modify subscription discounts at any time.
