Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Returned items should include all original packaging, accessories, and components whenever possible.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and free from signs of wear or contamination.
All original accessories, packaging, and included parts must be returned together.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, clear photos may be required to verify the issue.

Acceptable Return Reasons

Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Incorrect item received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of mind
If you decide to return an item due to personal preference, the return is accepted within 30 calendar days, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect address provided by customer
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

FDCFDCWF will cover return shipping costs for:
Confirmed defective items
Confirmed damaged items
Confirmed incorrect items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for:
Returns based on personal preference
Orders affected by incorrect address information provided by the customer

No restocking fee is charged unless returned items are missing parts or show signs of use or damage.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 calendar days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.

Items returned in unacceptable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before the order has shipped.

If an order has already been shipped, it will be handled under the standard return process once delivered.

Lost Packages

If an order is confirmed lost during transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund after verification with the shipping carrier.
